CNC Machine Tool Special Voltage Stabilizer

CNC machine tools have driven the development of high-speed machining technology. Power supply is crucial to machine tools, as it is the energy support part that maintains the normal operation of the system. The direct result of its failure or malfunction is system downtime or even the destruction of the entire system. In addition, part of the operating data, setting data, and processing programs of the CNC system are generally stored in RAM memory. After a power failure, they rely on the backup power of batteries to maintain them. Therefore, if the downtime is prolonged, unplugging the power or the memory may cause data loss, making the system inoperable.
Furthermore, since CNC equipment uses three-phase AC 380V power supply, safety is also an important aspect in the early installation work of CNC equipment. For these reasons, there are strict requirements for the power supply used by CNC equipment: the grid voltage fluctuation should be controlled between +10% and -15%. In cases of significant power fluctuations, poor quality, interference from high-frequency pulses, or human factors (such as sudden power outages), during peak periods, such as about an hour before or after work hours during the day, and at night, the voltage often deviates more, even reaching ±20%. This can cause machine tool alarms, preventing normal operation, and damaging the machine tool power system, leading to potential loss of relevant parameter data.
Our Solution
In workshops with a concentration of CNC machine tools, an AC stabilizing power supply system with automatic compensation and adjustment functions can be installed; individual CNC machine tools can be equipped with an AC stabilizer separately to address these issues. We can provide you with a safe solution for your CNC machine tools, ensuring their stable and secure operation.
